WHO WE ARE
Meet Anwar!
Anwar has been a fixture on the Upper West Side dog-walking scene for the past four years and is among the best-known and most-referred walkers in the area.
Known for his friendly demeanor and crisp attire, Anwar can be seen on any given day walking every variety of dog, greeting clients and area workers, and stopping to pat and give treats to one of “his dogs” when he meets them on the street.
Before starting his dog service business, Anwar spent more than 30 years in the financial industry working in London, the Middle East and the U.S. During this time, he raised two sons and three generations of Rottweilers. When he decided to make a career shift and leave behind the stress and structure of life on Wall Street, Anwar realized he wanted to run a family-business that focused on quality service and create opportunities for personal interactions with both people and dogs. He has been raising dogs for 45 years.

Meet Linda!
Linda recently joined Anwar’s dog walking service after spending 40 years as a small business owner running an electrical contracting business with her late husband. She is a mother of two and grandmother to 7 grandchildren.
Linda says she loves her new career, and the opportunity to spend time outside and meet new people and their dogs. “I like the fact that I’m laughing and smiling all day long,” says Linda.
When she’s not walking dogs, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren as well as practicing yoga, reading and interior decorating.
